Hi! I'm Dean. I have over 25 years experience developing and deploying a wide range of applications on IBM mainframes, networks, the Internet and various handheld devices and my Point of Sale software has been in use throughout the Middle East for over 15 years. Over the past five years I've concentrated on Internet based applications for the real estate market and, in particular, fully interactive online 3D models.

I'm an avid writer and researcher with a keen eye for detail and regularly contribute to online forums and web sites. Last year I printed my first fully academic work on the subject of Stonehenge, the ancient megalithic site in Wiltshire, England. Currently I am working on my latest project, the Great Pyramid in Giza, Egpyt. The 3D models used to illustrate my research have been recognised by academics as the most complete available having been faithfully reproduced from OS maps and excavation reports, photos, books, eyewitness and personal accounts.

My latest sites, villamation.com and realfreezone.com are now fully operational and looking for investors! Villamation is a complete turnkey solution aimed at the real estate market, which brings together all aspects of work I have undertaken for clients in the past. Essentially it is a complementary solution to the problem of hosting the most dynamic HTML content available. This includes scaleable images with interactive mapped areas for use in floor plans and panoramas, simple animations produced from the SketchUp 3D web exporter, and fully interactive 3D models complete with animated walkthroughs, all of which can be generated online in my weblet editor. Into this mix I have added Google Maps and language translation, a unique solution to converting currencies and units of measurement, and English narration using my free NAR-8 software (developers are welcome to incorporate this simple solution into their own web sites). The resulting weblets are completely portable with URL feedback of where and when they are being accessed, and have the added benefit of an integrated online chat facility with full synchronisation of scenes allowing collaboration on sales and projects via the Internet.
You can get a better idea of what this is capable of by watching The Giza Wave Machine, an online tour of my pyramid scheme ;) Open the window to the max for best effect (this one is really good fun to hear narrated by my software as well). I've also recently finished a 3D promotion of a million dollar apartment in London's West End. Remember, you will need to download and install the free Hypercosm Player to view these models.
